Workers' Rights

in Washington

"From the depth of need and despair, people can work together, can organize themselves to solve their own problems and fill their own needs with dignity and strength."

-Cesar Chavez

Workers' rights aren't commonly known and shared, and it's often difficult to establish new worker protections and defend current policies.

We aim to inform construction workers and other manual laborers across Washington about their rights, what to do if their employer fails to pay them, and offer other helpful resources.
